He is an author of a unique program, ‘Installation of an Internal Coach’ carried out in a context of a sailing trip that develops coaching and leadership competencies. He worked mainly for the ITC sector companies: AT&T, Lucent, Softbank, Optimus Group, Telekomunikacja Polska Group.
He used to perform functions of management: the responsibility of management for business development, business planning and implementation of sales targets, the strategic management of the daughter companies, management of operational, creating, and management of partner networks, building incentive schemes for sales teams. He has been working as a coach and mentor for companies such as: Arion, Bayer, BGŻ, BNP Paribas Fortis, Ciech, Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Egis, Ernst & Young, Inco Veritas, Infor, Leroy Merlin, Luxmed, Medicover, Nordea, Polkomtel, PR Time, Raiffeisen, RWE, Saint Gobain, Skanska, Starwood, Toyota Bank Polska, Wyeth. He has had over 2.000 hours of individual coaching and team coaching for high executives in the areas of leadership, managerial skills development, transformation of vocational, increasing personal energy resources to increase resistance to stress, overcoming barriers and personal limitations.
