Krzysztof Sroczyński

Born in England, graduated from the University of London (in economics), and from the Mastery University in USA. Before moving to Poland, he worked as a consultant at Bishop Skinner in London and then as a sales and marketing director at American Travel Abroad in New York. In Poland, he was a director of marketing for Poland at Philip Morris, and a manager at Gillette (i.e. he launched the Oral B brand). He was also a consultant in the world’s leading executive search company – Russell Reynolds Associates. Chairman of the Supervisory Board of City Interactive SA. Founder and President of Instytut Kreatywności i Rozwoju and the Brainwire Systems. A partner of Harvard Business Review Poland and ICAN Institute. He is interested in topics related to neuro-leadership, creation of the personality of success, as well as negotiations and motivation. He also carries out programs on communication, leadership skills, decision-making and problem solving, project management, recruitment and selection of personnel.
