Leaders, teams and even entire organizations can become stuck in self-limiting and false beliefs that inhibit change, development and the ability to explore new opportunities. This is due in part to the functionality of our brains, but is also a result of fixed organizational habits. Based on Prof. Carol Dweck’s (Stanford University) research and methodology on attitudes, motivation and self-development, as well as Prof. Kelly McGonigal’s (Stanford University) work in the areas of instincts, willpower and achievement, we can implement methodologies that challenge limiting beliefs and facilitate new experiences that promote growth and an openness to new ways of thinking and acting.
